Unsavoury Delicacies is a collection of 3 short stories which all center around restaurants. From covert operations to a food critic and finally the Russian mafia, the stories were all short but oddly entertaining.

I have to say the second story actually made me feel sick when I realised just what the twist was, which I found amusing. I will always be sure from now on, never to upset a chef!

Russell Brooks has an easy to read writing style, and an imagination that seems to be quite varied. I enjoyed this anthology and if you have half an hour spare and want to read something different, give this a go.
