I bought the kindle version of this book because I’d started reading MOTU on ff and totally fell for ‘fifty’ but had been distracted and not read to the end!! I'm not into the whole BDSM thing and sometimes got really frustrated and indignant at the way Christian treated Ana but I still couldn't help but like him even with his many issues.

The ending was aaarrrggghh ……I hate cliff hangers especially when I don’t know how long I have to wait for the next book and it’s more than likely that I will NOT read book 2 because almost certainly, it too, will leave me with unanswered questions and make me have to wait even longer to finally reach the conclusion of this story…

All that said, apart from the cliffhanger flaw, E.L.James is a fantastic writer she manages to pull you into her world describing scenes in such a way that you feel like you are right there with them. I look forward to reading more of her work, hopefully she will write some one off stories for me to enjoy without leaving me frustrated by the ending!!
